Our Services

A sleep evaluation is the first step to sleeping better.

At Whitney Sleep Center, before diagnosing you, we want to know the quality of your daytime activities and sleep patterns. Learning this helps us determine if you have problem sleepiness or any predisposing factors for a sleep disorder.

It's important not to ignore the signs and symptoms of a sleep disorder. Sleep disorders can increase your risk for heart disease, stroke, high blood pressure, and motor vehicle accidents. Some sleep problems can be addressed through behavioral changes and increased attention to proper sleep hygiene. Other sleep disorders require immediate treatment.
